A Slight Detour into politics

I try to keep this blog light and about the stuff I do as a hubby and hobbyist. I told myself (and my handful of regular visitors) that I would keep off the divisive stuff. Even so, I did a post about religion, but it was all civil and the comments were all very polite.

But THIS is another reason why I would slit my own throat before I'd vote Republican. Not to mention a guy who looks like something out of Deliverance calling Barak Obama "boy" is just the height of GOP stupidity. Just look at this inbred hillbilly:



How this goober thinks he is superior in any conceivable manner to this guy...



...is utterly beyond me. Yup, your modern-day GOP, stuck in the 1850's. May this year put them back in the political wilderness for decades to come.

Now, back to hubby and hobby news...
